Summer Tips

It may sound simple and obvious  but if you’re not conscious and grateful for this time, and if you’re not fully present with what summer offers, it can just pass you by.

Life moves fast. We’re busy, always on the go. That’s why it’s so important to slow down, be aware, and make the most of these few summer months.

The tips I’m about to share may seem small or simple, but they can make a real difference in your body, your energy, and your overall well-being.
Great tips at the END.

Summer is the perfect time to nourish your body, mind, soul, and energy.

And the reason is simple: you’re more likely to be outside, enjoying better social interactions, fresh fruits, lighter meals, more hydration, walking barefoot, and eating colorful meals. A richer social life means more love, more connection  and that feeds you on every level.

Less phone, right? Less TV. More real connection.

That’s what truly nourishes your body and mind.

And let’s not forget the sun. The sun isn’t your enemy , it’s essential. You need sunlight to live, to feel, to thrive.

Try to get sun exposure in the morning or late afternoon. Don’t overuse sunscreen to the point where it blocks your connection to the light  it’s all about balance.

I’m not saying go lie in the sun all day with no protection and go full “loca” 😄  but 10 to 20 minutes of sun exposure, especially early or late in the day, can be incredibly beneficial.

In the next part of the article, I’ll share tips about skin and nutrition but just keep in mind, this is general information. Everyone is different, and your needs are personal. I’m here if you ever want to chat, ask questions, or make small changes that suit you.

Just send me a message or an email  I’ll be happy to help.

Skin Tips

Tips for Reducing Pores, Pimples, and Dark Spots

During the summer, the heat and increased sweating can lead to more sebum production and clogged pores, especially with the use of sunscreen. Here are some tips to help you maintain clear, healthy skin:

1-Deep Cleansing

-Due to the increased temperature and sebum production, it's essential to clean your skin thoroughly. This helps prevent clogged pores and reduces the risk of pimples and dark spots.

Use the LUMISPA: I highly recommend the Lumispa, "The number one beauty device in the world" Exfoliate, Remove excess of Melanin, Accelerate cells reproduction, Unclogged pores, the cleanser works at the genetic level so attack the source of Anti Aging
Perfect after a beach day ! Trust me ! THE BEST

2-Detox with an Absorbent Mask:

-Use once a week a detoxifying mask to draw out impurities and clear your pores. I really love the Primerose Facial Cleansing Masque by AĒSOP
If you use "Clay" choose the white one.

3-Hydrate More than Nourish:

-Use water-based products like serums or water based crean/ gels to avoid dehydration and keep your skin well-hydrated without adding excess oil.

4-Exfoliate Face and Body:

The sun causes a keratinisation process, where your skin produces more keratin to protect itself. This can lead to a buildup of dead skin cells.
I love Dry Brush for my legs.

During summer, an increase in pigmentation, or melanin production, can lead to dark spots and uneven skin tone. Here’s how to manage and treat these issues:

Causes

  • Sun Exposure: UV rays from the sun trigger melanin production as a natural defense mechanism, leading to dark spots and uneven skin tone.
  • Heat and Inflammation: Higher temperatures and skin inflammation can also stimulate melanin production.

Exfoliate regularly to remove these dead cells. For your face, use a high-concentration Vitamin C product. The quality and concentration of the Vitamin C product make a significant difference. Great news! I am working with the best Vitamin C cleanser on the market.
Use Vitamin C at night if you have sun exposure and protect your skin with SPF during the day.

  • Smooths the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
  • Promotes a firmer, more youthful complexion.
  • Evens skin tone by helping reduce the appearance of dark spots and discoloration.
  • Leaves skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft.
  • Features a waterless formula that delivers 10-percent active, free flowing Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) to your skin.

Drink plenty of water and water fruits like melon, pineapple, watermelon...to keep hydrated
Dont forget your Sunscreen
Please take advantage to do grounding as much as you can
Cool shower for your blood circulation
