Alexandra FaureYour way of life

My curiosity has always been about understanding the processes behind human functioning, how the body works, how the mind works, how emotions influence us, how digestion affects the whole system, and how the skin reflects what is happening within.
Every country I’ve lived, every person I’ve met and every experience I’ve had has challenged my perspective and expanded the way I understand the world.
For me, travelling has always been another way of learning.
Over the years, I’ve come to realise that my work has never really been defined by a single profession. Whether I was studying, creating, working with clients or developing wellness concepts, I was always driven by the same curiosity: understanding how seemingly unrelated pieces fit together to create something meaningful.
I’ve never stopped learning because every new perspective has helped me understand a little more. I’ve always believed that understanding requires knowledge, experience and curiosity.
For me, knowledge only becomes meaningful when it moves beyond theory. Everything I study has to become part of my own experience. I need to apply it, question it and live it before I can truly understand it. Only then do I feel ready to share it with others.
Looking back, I can now see that every experience, every field I explored and every question I asked was quietly leading me in the same direction.

Every discipline taught me something different. Together, they shaped the way I understand, think and create today.
I’ve always seen the world as a puzzle, not as separate pieces, but as a whole where everything influences everything else.
Nothing exists in isolation, the visible has always led me to the invisible, not because I was looking for simple answers, but because I wanted to understand what was happening beneath the surface.
Over time, I realised that this is how I naturally approach everything.
Over the years, one idea has consistently shaped the way I understand health and wellbeing: the nervous system.
“No matter where you come from, we always end up coming back to the nervous system.”
I’ve come to believe that a well-regulated nervous system is one of the foundations on which the body functions at its best.
Again and again, I’ve seen how it influences the way we think, feel, digest, recover, respond to stress and even how our skin behaves.
That doesn’t mean everyone needs the same solution. Every person has a different story, and every path is unique. But creating the conditions for the nervous system to regulate has become one of the common threads that runs through the way I understand the human body.
Skin reveals what words cannot fully express.
A symptom is rarely just a symptom. It is part of a story, shaped by connections, conditioning that are not always immediately visible.
A business is more than a structure. It is a living ecosystem, shaped by its people, its values, its environment and the experiences it creates.
A product is more than what it contains. Its meaning lies in the experience it creates, what it communicates and the connection it builds.
I don’t see isolated pieces, I see relationships.
I don’t see things as separate, I see how they connect.
Knowledge has given me different perspectives.
Experience has helped me understand them.
Connecting them has given them meaning.
Connecting the dots creates understanding.
Understanding leads to awareness.
Understanding and awareness are the path.
Essence is the destination.
